Substrates supplied usually are self adhesive vinyl, polyesters or polycarbonates along with PVC and aluminium with a minimum 50mic (0.2mm) thickness. It should be noted that paper stocks, unless coated, are not suitable due to the hydroscopic nature of the material.

Sheet sizing for supplied material should be within 290mm x 290mm parameters, the appropriate layout will involve advice from Domes Technologies along with relevant technical advice for larger sized sheets. Printed sheets containing multiple labels must be die cut with all waste removed. Improper cutting techniques can lead to excessive rejects.

Doming can be almost any size and shape and while 2mm radius corners are recommended, square corners are not excluded by Domes Technologies production techniques.

Artwork supplied should be in hardcopy with Pantone Matching Systems (PMS) colours noted along with electronic copy in PC formats; Corel Draw (CDR), Encapsulated Post Script (EPS), Acrobat Reader (PDF) or Adobe Illustrator (AI), with all text converted to graphics.
